Emirates Airlines Opens ‘Emirates Travel Store’ in Hong Kong
Emirates Airlines has opened its first ‘Emirates Travel Store’ in East Asia, located in Hong Kong.
The store covers approximately 140 square meters and aims to introduce Emirates’ products, services, and distinctive hospitality to customers in Hong Kong. It provides premium services such as air ticket bookings, issuances, and customer support through four counters.
The store is equipped with large interactive screens throughout, allowing visitors to take selfies against backgrounds that symbolize Emirates Airlines. A seat from Emirates’ premium economy class will be displayed for a limited time. The store also exhibits official merchandise and travel accessories.
Currently, Emirates operates three round trips daily between Hong Kong and Dubai. To reinforce its commitment to the Hong Kong market, the airline has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to increase the number of tourists visiting Hong Kong. Additionally, Emirates has renovated its lounge at Hong Kong International Airport and expanded its complimentary shuttle service to include business class passengers.
