All Nippon Airways (ANA) has announced the commencement dates and schedules for their new routes from Tokyo/Haneda to Milan, Stockholm, and Istanbul.
The Milan route will begin operations on December 3rd, Stockholm on January 31st, 2025, and Istanbul on February 12th, 2025. Each route will operate three round trips per week. Ticket sales are planned to start on July 22nd.
From Milan, starting July, ANA will partner with the railway company Trenitalia to provide access to 25 Italian cities and other European countries. From Stockholm, the focus will be on enhancing the network especially across Scandinavia, and from Istanbul, on the Middle East, Africa, and domestic Turkish destinations.
Milan and Istanbul will be ANA’s first regular flights to these cities, while Stockholm will be the first for a Japanese airline. This expansion makes ANA the largest airline linking Japan and Europe, offering a total of 49 weekly round trips to eight countries and nine cities, including London/Heathrow, Paris/Charles de Gaulle, Frankfurt, Munich, Brussels, and Vienna. Including code-share flights, it provides access to 34 countries and 76 destinations.
