Sapporo Agricultural School New Chitose Airport Factory Store Opens July 24, Offering Freshly Baked Products
Hokkaido Confect Group is set to open its “Sapporo Agricultural School New Chitose Airport Factory Store” on July 24.
The store, which will feature a workshop, aims to offer the largest selection of Sapporo Agricultural School products, focusing on freshly baked new products and staple souvenirs made from Hokkaido-sourced ingredients.
Among the offerings are the “Dairy Cheese Cake” (1,380 yen, tax included), made with meticulous attention to ingredients such as free-range cow’s milk squeezed at Hokkaido’s own farms, Hokkaido-produced cream cheese, and eggs; the “Hokkaido Apple Pie” (480 yen each, 1,920 yen for four), made more crispy and fragrant through a double-baking process with plenty of homemade custard and Hokkaido apples; and the smooth, freshly baked “Hokkaido Milk Cookies” (600 yen for 8 pieces), full of butter and milk flavor. Additionally, the “Dairy Milk Soft” (486 yen), made from free-range cow’s milk sourced from their own farms in Hokkaido, will also be available.
The location is on the second floor of the domestic terminal. The store will be open from 9 am to 8 pm.
