
“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
Aman Tokyo is offering ‘Oysters in the Forest’ until August 31.
Using pristine ocean deep water drawn from a depth of 220 meters in Toyama Bay, which does not mix with the surface seawater, the oysters are purified internally over 48 hours. Raw oysters are served with two types of sauces: shallot vinegar and a homemade honey chili sauce. In addition, dishes such as ‘Confit of Oysters with a Hint of Rosemary’ and ‘Oyster Clam Chowder’, as well as a seafood plate including shrimp, scallops, squid, and salmon, are available.
The venue is in a separate building, ‘The Café by Aman’. Service hours are from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (last order is at 8:00 PM).
