Japan Airlines (JAL) has introduced Disney+ original content to its in-flight entertainment.
The airline will add exclusive Disney+ original content to both its domestic and international in-flight entertainment. The service will start with the international flights’ July issue and the domestic flights’ August issue. The available content will vary depending on the aircraft.
JAL offers in-flight entertainment services on all its routes, allowing passengers to enjoy movies, animations, TV programs, etc., on personal monitors in equipped aircraft or on passengers’ smartphones and tablets. This introduction of Disney+ originals marks the first instance of such content being made available by a Japanese airline.
