Conrad Tokyo Hosts ‘Autumn Afternoon Tea with TruffleBAKERY’
Conrad Tokyo will offer ‘Autumn Afternoon Tea with TruffleBAKERY’ from September 1 to October 31.
The sweets include a ‘Lavender Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse’ inspired by the heart appearing in tarot cards, a ‘Fig and Raspberry Mousse’ made by coating a madeleine that uses fig paste with a mousse combining fig and raspberry puree, and a ‘Mont Blanc’ using chestnuts from Ardèche, among others, totaling five autumn-inspired sweets derived from the world of tarot cards. Additionally, three kinds of savory items, including an ‘Open Bread with Fig and Soy Milk Cream’ and a ‘Salmon Tart Marinated with Beets’ using TruffleBAKERY’s dough, as well as two types of TruffleBAKERY collaboration sandwiches and scones, namely ‘Golden Butter Roll & White Truffle Butter’ and ‘Black Truffle Egg Sandwich’, will be provided. As an option, a set of Halloween Conrad Bear and an eco-bag with the TruffleBAKERY logo is also available.
The venue is the Bar & Lounge ‘TwentyEight’. The time is from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 2-hour limit. The price starts from 7,900 yen, including tax and service charge.
