H.I.S. will implement organizational restructuring in its travel business effective November 1.
As a part of this restructuring, HIS JAPAN will be established to oversee the current Individual Travel Business Division, Corporate Business Division, Inbound Travel Business Division, Domestic Ground Handling Division, and the current Regional Business Divisions. The current Individual Travel Business Division will be divided into the Overseas Individual Travel Business Division and the Domestic Individual Travel Business Division, and the Regional Business Divisions will be transformed into Business Divisions.
HIS JAPAN will be positioned as an in-house company, with Mr. Atsushi Yamanobe, the current Corporate Business Division Director, serving as President, and Mr. Hideta Sawada, the current Director of Individual Travel Strategy and Domestic Travel, serving as Vice President.
Additionally, Mr. Hideta Sawada will become the head of the Domestic Individual Travel Business Division, Mr. Kozo Arita will become the head of the Overseas Individual Travel Business Division, Mr. Shinji Yoshino will serve as the acting head of the Kansai Business Division, Mr. Yasuyuki Kishimoto as the acting head of the Chubu Business Division, and Mr. Hiroshi Kajiki as the acting head of the Corporate Business Division.
