Philippine Airlines is offering special fares for flights from Osaka/Kansai to Cebu, available for purchase from September 9th to 30th.
Round trip fares start at 27,000 JPY, and one-way fares start at 16,200 JPY. Fuel surcharges and taxes will be charged separately. The travel period begins on January 10, 2025, and excludes certain periods. The reservation class is “O/U.” Changes are allowed, but refunds are not. The travel duration must be within one month.
The Osaka/Kansai to Cebu route will resume operations with three round trips per week starting December 22nd.
