Fon’s and Nishimatsu Construction have opened “HOTEL AO KANAZAWA” on September 1.
The building has one basement level and six stories above ground, offering 15 rooms in five types, including those with tatami mats for a modern Japanese detail and suites with saunas.
The dining area on the first floor and the basement, “Shokudo Kanazawa Suzushige,” serves fresh seafood from Hokuriku as sashimi, boiled fish, and grilled fish, while vegetables are provided in various cooking styles using traditional vegetables from Ishikawa and Nagano. On the second floor, “Kanazawa Sushi Matsunoshita” features a diverse range of seafood from the Hokuriku and Sea of Japan areas, harmonizing with ingredients from Shinshu in a sushi restaurant setup that offers an all-you-can-eat course meal and a set menu with selected items. “Suzushige” will be open for dinner only starting from October 1.
Access is about 15 minutes by bus from JR Kanazawa Station.
