Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto to Grand Open ‘Sushi Ginza Onodera’ on October 12
The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto will grand open the ‘Sushi Ginza Onodera Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto’ on October 12.
Guests can enjoy Edomae sushi made from the finest ingredients sourced from markets in Kyoto, Tokyo, and Hokkaido, served on Bizen ware or Kyo ware, at an 8-meter counter made from a 400-year-old hinoki cypress or in one of the two private rooms available for four or six people. The menu is complemented by a selection of sake, wine, shochu, as well as tea pairings that include meticulously selected Japanese tea from Kyoto and across Japan, and selections from the British tea brand ‘Jing Tea’.
The dinner menu offers two types of chef’s choice courses: one with five appetizers and eight nigiri (37,500 yen) and another with eight appetizers and ten nigiri (49,500 yen). Both options include today’s small rice bowl, tamagoyaki, miso soup, and dessert. Prices are inclusive of tax and service charges.
Operating hours are from 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM with a two-hour shift system. The seating capacity, including private rooms, is 20.
The access is about a 13-minute walk from Keihan Main Line’s Shichijo Station, or approximately 10 minutes by car from JR Kyoto Station and Kyoto Municipal Subway Kyoto Station.
