Toyoko Inn will change its cancellation policy for stays beginning April 1, 2025.
Currently, a 100% cancellation fee of the room rate is charged for no-shows after 4 PM on the day of arrival. This policy will be modified to apply to no-shows after noon on the day of arrival.
Cancellation fees for bookings made through third-party websites may vary. The cancellation fee policy for group bookings remains unchanged.
