Narita Airport Exhibits ‘Face Express’ Facial Recognition Gates and Offers Airline Tickets & Snacks as Prizes for Survey Participants at Tourism EXPO Japan 2024
Narita International Airport is participating in the “Tourism EXPO Japan 2024” held at Tokyo Big Sight, showcasing a booth.
The booth features the exhibition of ‘Face Express’ boarding gates that allow boarding procedures and boarding via facial recognition. The booth is located in East Hall 1, R-004.
“Tourism EXPO Japan 2024” runs until September 29. The general admission days are September 28 and 29, with opening hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 5:00 PM on the last day). September 26 and 27 are reserved for business negotiations among industry professionals, hence general visitors are not allowed entry.
