Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka will offer the gourmet burger ‘Koshu Wine Beef Premium Double Cheeseburger with a Smoky Twist’ from September 1st to November 30th, using local ingredients including the branded beef ‘Koshu Wine Beef’.
The burger features patties of ‘Koshu Wine Beef’ and two slices of Colby Jack cheese, topped with thickly sliced bacon from ‘Koshu Fuji Cherry Pork’ and sandwiched between whole grain buns. Sides include sautéed mushrooms, sweet chestnuts, and hotel-made potato chips served with a porcini mushroom dip sauce.
