The Ritz-Carlton Osaka Completes Major Room Renovation
The Ritz-Carlton Osaka has completed a major renovation of its guest rooms.
The renovation included 287 rooms, which consist of Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, and Executive Suite categories, as well as the corridors of the guest floors.
The guest rooms feature a carved-style panel with a “floral” motif on the decorative wall behind the bed, with molding to match the ceiling around the frame. The wallpaper and carpet in the bedroom of the Executive Suites are in off-white and warm grey two-tone colors, with bench seats reupholstered in a botanical green, and desks equipped with white tabletops. Additionally, sofa beds have been installed in the rooms on the Club Floor and Skyview Floor, with increased outlets and USB ports next to the headboards, and chests placed in the closets where luggage can be stored on top.
The corridors on the guest floors have been outfitted with carpets featuring plant motifs and colors that match the marble of the lobby level, and mirrors have been installed in the elevator halls.
To celebrate the completion of the renovations, a special accommodation plan named “Room Renovation Commemorative Plan – Legacy and Renewal,” including hotel credits worth 20,000 yen for use in six food and beverage facilities, for lunch and dinner, and the spa, will be available from October 25 to December 30. Guests will receive a reed diffuser with the original fragrance “Mystique” used in the lobby as a gift. Prices start from ¥99,270 per room for two people, tax and service charge included.
