This route was launched on July 25, operating three round trips weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The aircraft used is the Airbus A320neo with a configuration of either 30 or 12 seats in Premium Economy class and 150 or 168 seats in Economy class, totaling 180 seats. The flight duration is 2 hours and 25 minutes from Osaka/Kansai and 2 hours and 45 minutes from Qingdao.
Qingdao Airlines, based at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, operates over 70 domestic routes within China and more than 20 international routes to countries including South Korea, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia.
