ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose Offers the ‘Authentic Hokkaido Course’ to Guests From Outside Hokkaido until the End of December
The ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose is offering the “Authentic Hokkaido Course” to guests from outside the prefecture until December 31.
This course consists of six dishes featuring Hokkaido ingredients prepared in a robatayaki style. The menu includes a foil-baked potatoes using Hokkaido’s “Kitakari” garnished with butter or salted fish guts, “Furan wagyu grilled over charcoal”, a soy sauce grilled rice ball made with Hokkaido’s rice “Fukkurinko”, and a fisherman’s cuisine “Gangan Grill” adapted to Sigotz style with Akkeshi oysters, clams, and huge scallops cooked with a bonito broth. The meal starts with a variable daily appetizer and sashimi made from seasonal ingredients. Located at the Pond wing 1st floor Robatayaki restaurant “Sigotzu”. Available from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
