Swiss International Air Lines Temporarily Changes Check-In Counters Due to Renovation Works at Zurich Airport
Swiss International Air Lines will temporarily change its check-in counters due to renovation works at Zurich Airport.
From October 29th, passengers of Economy Class and Premium Economy Class will need to check in at Check-In 3. Check-In 3 is located above the station, in the underground shopping zone.
This also applies to passengers of other Lufthansa Group airlines. Business Class and First Class passengers will continue to check in at Check-In 1. The changes do not apply to top tier members, unaccompanied minors, or those depositing pets in the cargo hold.
This change is due to the replacement work of the baggage belts at Check-In 1, which will continue until Spring 2025. It is part of the second phase of the luggage system update, and from the end of March 2025, all passengers will be able to use Check-In 1 again.
