RISONARE Guam will host the ‘Exotic Banana Fest,’ where you can enjoy bananas that are not typically available in Japan, such as the “Macau Banana.” The festival will run from January 6 to April 6, 2025.
At ‘Café Bayview,’ a “Banana Split” (12 US dollars) featuring hibiscus, rosemary, and basil, as well as three types of pairings that include the Macau Banana with basil, mint, and other herbs, blue cheese, and honey harvested on the island will be available for “Long Banana Baguettes” (30 US dollars). The baguettes, being over 50 cm long, are great for sharing among several people.
The breakfast buffet at ‘Le Premier’ restaurant will feature a dedicated banana cuisine corner, offering banana-infused pancakes, donuts, and pound cakes on a daily rotation. The price is 30 US dollars, with no additional charge for guests on a bed and breakfast plan. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
