Virgin Atlantic is set to operate a seasonal cargo flight between London Heathrow and Brussels.
From October 27th, 2022 to March 29th, 2025, the service will be operated using either the Airbus A330-300 or Airbus A350-1000 aircrafts, transporting goods such as fresh food and pharmaceuticals as a substitute for truck transportation. This follows their successful operation into Brussels during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Each flight can carry up to 50 tons of cargo, offering possible connections via an extensive route network from Brussels through London Heathrow.
