All Nippon Airways (ANA) will gradually renovate the check-in counters designated for premium members on the domestic line at Haneda Airport.
The “ANA SUITE CHECK-IN” for Diamond Service members will open on December 2, followed by the north side of the “ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN” for ANA Mileage Club premium members and premium class passengers on December 18, and the south side in the summer.
“ANA SUITE CHECK-IN” will be revived with a new look, increasing the number of counters by three. “ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN” will introduce digital signage and revamp the overall layout to improve convenience.
Moreover, the introduction of Smart Lanes at security checks eliminates the need to remove laptops and liquids from luggage, allowing for a smoother passage.
The ceramic tiles used near the entrances of each facility are made from repurposed parts of in-flight meal dishes. The walls of “ANA SUITE CHECK-IN” feature plaster walls, which is a traditional technique registered as an UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and the natural linoleum floor materials achieve carbon neutrality in their production process.
