Rakuten Card will add destinations with varying redemption rates starting March 1, 2025.
Newly, charges to B/43, ANA Pay, JAL Pay, TOYOTA WALLET, SAPICA, MIXI M, BitCash, IDARE, and Bundle Card payment services will no longer accrue points.
Furthermore, the redemption rate for certain electricity and gas bills will be reduced to 1 point per 500 yen spent.
