Jin Air will implement special measures for flights from and to Muan.
From December 29 until March 30, 2025, for flights between Muan and Jeju, Tokyo/Narita, Osaka/Kansai, Taipei/Taoyuan, the airline will waive fees for refunds and changes.
People who purchased their tickets through travel agencies are advised to contact the agency, while others should reach out to the Customer Service Center.
Jin Air had launched flights between Tokyo/Narita, Osaka/Kansai, and Muan on December 2. Operations at Muan International Airport are suspended until January 1, 2025, at 5 AM.
