Sojitz will acquire shares in Skymark Airlines from UDS Airline Investment Business Limited Partnership (UDS Airline Investment Business LPS).
The acquisition of 3,009,900 shares through off-auction own share repurchase trading will occur on either January 14th or 21st. It is forecasted to result in a voting rights ratio of 5%.
The voting rights ratio of UDS Airline Investment Business LPS will decrease from 10.79% to 5.68%, shifting its position from the 3rd to the 4th largest shareholder.
