
Etihad Airways Deploys Airbus A380 on Tokyo Narita–Abu Dhabi Route for the First Time in Japan
Virgin Australia has placed an additional order for six Boeing 737-8 aircraft.
The airline had previously ordered a total of 33 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft in December 2020, which included eight Boeing 737-8s and 25 Boeing 737-10s. This latest order brings the total to 39 aircraft.
Virgin Australia currently owns three Boeing 737-8 aircraft and plans to take delivery of 11 aircraft by 2024. The Boeing 737-10 aircraft are scheduled for delivery starting in the latter half of 2025.
