Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo will offer an original menu, the “Shimaenaga Lunch,” in celebration of “Shimaenaga Day” on January 20. The special menu will be available for a limited time from January 18 to February 28.
The menu includes “Salmon Trout Homemade Marinated Gateau with Shimaenaga Cream Cheese, accompanied by Baked Sea Bream in Parmesan Cheese,” “Seafood à la Crème Resembling a Shimaenaga Nest,” and “Snow-Covered Peach Dessert ‘Pêche Melba’ with an Accent of Sugar Crystal Snowflakes.” Each table will be adorned with a Shimaenaga ornament and a Shimaenaga-shaped menu card.
Additionally, the hotel will sell a collection of hotel-made cookies, “SHIMAENAGA COOKIES ~ Shimaenaga Cookie Can,” from February 4 to 11 at the pastry boutique “Poppins” on the first floor. Limited to 20 sets during the period.
The location is on the first floor at “Buffet & Party Court ‘Glass Seasons’.” Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The price is 4,200 yen, including tax and service charge. Reservations are required by the day before, with 20 meals available on weekdays and 30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
