H.I.S (HIS) has applied to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau for an extension of the deadline to submit its securities report for the fiscal year ending October 2024. This was resolved at the Board of Directors meeting.
A special investigation committee is examining issues related to improper receipt of employment adjustment subsidies, and it is expected that a considerable number of days will be required for the completion of the investigation, settlement, and audit.
The initial submission deadline was January 31, and if the extension is granted, the new deadline will be March 31.
