Japan Airlines (JAL) has begun offering the “JAL Flight Simulator Experience” as a return gift for Furusato Nozei donations to Ota Ward, Tokyo, starting February 3.
The event date is March 5, and it will be held at JAL’s 1st and 2nd Technical Centers within Haneda Airport. It will use a Boeing 737 simulator, which is the same equipment used by their pilots for training. A pre-event questionnaire will gather preferences for flight routes, airports, and flight styles, and a briefing before the flight experience will allow participants to create scenarios with pilots.
The donation amount is 1,100,000 yen, and the offer is for one group of two people. Participants must be over 12 years old, and those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
