
Korean Authorities Amend Regulations on Carry-On Batteries and E-Cigarettes
Solaseed Air has revealed that a system malfunction is causing error messages to appear for some individuals who purchased tickets.
The issue is affecting some people who bought tickets for the Bargain 35, Bargain 28, Bargain 14, Tokuwari 7 Days in Advance, Tokuwari 3 Days in Advance, and Tokuwari 1 Day in Advance fares on February 7, for flights from February 10 to March 29. They encounter error messages when attempting to change seats on the website, check-in online, or at the airport on the day of boarding.
Those affected are requested to visit the check-in counter of Solaseed Air or All Nippon Airways (ANA) on the day of their flight.
