All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special measures for flights on February 13 due to adverse weather conditions, including snow and strong winds.
As of 4:00 p.m. on the 12th, special measures will be implemented for all flights arriving and departing from Sapporo/Chitose, Aomori, Odate-Noshiro, Akita, and Shonai, as well as flights arriving and departing in the morning from Niigata, Noto, Toyama, and Komatsu.
Tickets for the affected flights can be changed, transferred, or refunded without fees, regardless of delays or cancellations.
Additionally, due to snow in Okhotsk Monbetsu, Memanbetsu, and Kushiro, and strong winds in Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Sendai, Fukushima, Hachijojima, Shizuoka, Nagoya/Chubu, and Tottori, there may be possibilities of delays, cancellations, landing at other airports, or returning to the point of departure.
