All Nippon Airways (ANA) is expanding special measures for airline tickets due to expected snowfall in the Kanto region.
As of 10:30 AM on the 3rd, the special measures apply to flights arriving and departing from Tokyo/Haneda and Tokyo/Narita in the afternoon of the 3rd and 4th.
Tickets for affected flights can be changed, rescheduled, or refunded free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations. Other flights may also experience operational impacts depending on the situation on the day.
