Sony Bank has started supporting its Sony Bank WALLET, a debit card with Visa, for Apple Pay.
This was in response to Visa Worldwide Japan’s commencement of Visa debit card compatibility with Apple Pay. It can be used for payment at domestic and overseas stores that support Visa touch payments, as well as on apps and websites.
By setting up the ‘Sony Bank WALLET’ in Apple Pay, a campaign is being conducted where a 200 yen Apple Gift Card is given as a bonus. The campaign period is from March 3 to April 10.
