
THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection to Start Taking Restaurant Reservations on July 1
Swissôtel Nankai Osaka will host the ‘Strawberry Spring Fair International Lunch Buffet’ featuring an array of strawberry desserts from March 1 to May 31.
In addition to menus using spring vegetables and seasonal ingredients such as spring cabbage, new onions, shirasu, and sakura shrimp, the lineup includes strawberry dishes like ‘Strawberry, Saffron Rice, and Shrimp Salad’ and ‘Strawberry, Prosciutto, and Mozzarella Cheese’, as well as international flavors prepared with authentic recipes like ‘Thai Green Chicken Curry’ and ‘Shrimp with Chili Sauce’. The desserts feature fresh strawberries in items like ‘Strawberry Tart’, ‘Roll Cake’, ‘Shortcake with Strawberries and Fresh Cream’, as well as menus with cakes such as chiffon cake made with Yame tea from Fukuoka Prefecture and ‘Bread Pudding’. Moreover, at the 6th-floor takeaway shop ‘Swiss Gourmet’, spring-themed sweets and breads like ‘Sakura Berry Shortcake’ (830 yen), ‘Amaou Tart’ (830 yen), ‘Negi Miso Baguette’ (480 yen), and ‘Hot Cross Buns’ (350 yen) will be on sale from March 1 to April 30.
The location is the restaurant ‘Table 36’ on the hotel’s top floor. It is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays, and from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekends and holidays. Prices start from 5,900 yen for adults and 2,950 yen for children ages 4 to 12, including tax and service charges. The sweets buffet is only available on weekends and holidays.
