
“Waldorf Astoria Osaka” Opens Today as Hilton’s Top Brand Debuts in Japan
Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport will host a “Seafood Buffet” on weekends only, until March 30.
Dishes in February will feature crustacean-centric menus such as “Soft Shell Shrimp with Lotus Root and Taro Escabeche” and “Seared Rockfish with Spring Cabbage and Mussel Soup.” In March, seafood-centric menus will be provided, including “Fondant of Smoked Salmon with Sake Lees and Potatoes in Genovese Sauce made from Matsunami Cabbage Outer Leaves,” “Olive Marinade Jellyfish” accompanied by pickles of Matsunami Cabbage and New Seasonal Onions, “Eggplant and Chickpea Puree” with Eggplant Jam Scented with Mustard, “Trout Salmon and Mushroom Pie,” and “Scallop, Octopus, and Head-on Shrimp Bouillabaisse.” Special menu items include “All-you-can-eat Boiled Zuwai Crab” and “Cacao Marinated Trout Salmon.” Desserts include “Matcha Ohagi” sprinkled with chocolate, “Chocolate and Banana Cake,” “Rare Strawberry Mousse with Mixed Berry Sauce,” and “Raspberry Panna Cotta.”
The venue is the second-floor all-day dining “The Brasserie.” Operating hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for lunch, and from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM for dinner. Prices start at 6,000 yen for adults, 5,500 yen for seniors aged 65 and over, 2,800 yen for children aged 7 to 12, 1,000 yen for children aged 4 to 6, and free for those aged 3 and under. One Harmony members enjoy discount rates. Prices include tax and service charge.
Additionally, from March 1 to April 20, on weekends only, special invitations will allow a child aged 4 to 12, who is celebrating graduation or admission this spring, to dine for free with each paying adult.
