Toyoko Inn is changing its cancellation policy starting with stays from April 1.
Until now, the hotel charged 100% of the accommodation fee as a cancellation fee for no-shows after 4 PM on the day. This will change to after noon on the same day for no-shows.
Toyoko Inn states, “In response to the current hotel shortages, we want to provide as many guests as possible the opportunity to make reservations.”
For bookings through other sites, the cancellation fee may vary. The cancellation fee for group bookings remains unchanged.
