
Hotel Villa Fontaine Haneda Airport: Selling Rooms Collaborating with ‘Ojamajo Doremi’
Grand Hyatt Tokyo will offer the “Cherry Sweets & Bread Collection” from May 12 to June 30.
The collection includes six types of cherry sweets and three types of bread, including two new creations. The sweets feature the new “Cherry Verinne” (900 yen) with contrasting red American cherries and green pistachio pudding. Other offerings include the “Foret Noir” (2,200 yen) combining stewed cherries and chocolate in red wine, the mousse cake “Amarena” (whole 4,800 yen, slice 750 yen), the homemade griottine cherry jam, chocolate custard cream, American cherry, and pistachio cream, sandwiched in choux pastry coated with chocolate “Cherry Paris-Brest” (750 yen), the “Cherry Pie” (650 yen) with American cherries and homemade griottine cherry jam, and the “Crema Panettone Cherry” (650 yen) utilizing griottine cherries soaked in cherry brandy “Kirsch”. The bread selection features the “Cherry Pound Cake” (3,000 yen) using pistachio dough combined with cherry-flavored jellied candy pate de fruit, the new “Cherry Melon Bread” (390 yen) reimagined from yuzu melon bread, and the “Cherry Danish” (700 yen) made with pain de mie dough.
The collection is available at the 1st-floor “Fiorentina Pastry Boutique” from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. All prices include tax.
