Hankyu Travel has renewed its official app and added four new features.
New features include the ability to track customer location information on domestic tours with tour guides, record travel memories, and enjoy trips with quizzes and walking activities.
Users can earn smartphone points by answering quizzes or reaching the goal in walking activities, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen, usable when booking group travel plans on the website. An installation bonus of 1,000 points is also offered.
In addition to travel search, booking, and cancellation procedures, the app allows access to My Page and itinerary views. Participants can receive messages from the tour guide on domestic tours. It also distributes discount coupons, email newsletters, and digital catalogs, allowing users to earn smartphone points by viewing.
