
Hoshino Resorts Tomamu Opens ‘Ice Village’ from December 10
The Westin Tokyo will hold the “Dessert Buffet – MATCHA SYMPHONY ~Enveloped in the Fragrance of Matcha, an Elegant Outdoor Tea Ceremony~” on weekdays from May 1 to June 30.
The buffet combines a variety of ingredients centered on Kyoto’s Uji matcha and Aichi’s Nishio matcha. The menu features approximately 20 types of desserts, including “Mango and Matcha White Chocolate Cream” with tropical fruitiness, the sweetness of white chocolate, and matcha flavor, “Matcha Tiramisu Tart” combining almond-scented cream with the subtle bitterness of matcha, “Matcha and Passion Fruit Caramelized,” “Shiratama and Matcha Mizu Yokan,” and “Hojicha and Kinako Tiramisu Japanese Garden Style ‘Karesansui’.”
The location is the 1st floor International Restaurant “The Terrace.” Service hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a 90-minute limit, and last orders at 4:30 PM. The price is 6,500 yen for adults, including tax and service charges.
