Hoshino Resorts Tomamu Opens ‘Ice Village’ from December 10
Bulgari Hotel Tokyo will offer a Sunday brunch crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito starting from April 13.
The buffet features a selection of cheeses carefully chosen from various regions of Italy, a salad with octopus and potatoes, lobster salad, kampachi carpaccio combined with tomato, capers, and black olives, roast wagyu beef with arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano, and balsamic vinegar, and veal tonnato, among others. For the main course, guests can choose between rosemary-scented beef tagliata and black cod finished with tomato and potato cream. Desserts, interpreted by Niko Romito, will be presented buffet-style, featuring traditional Italian pastries like baba, bignè, and cannolo Siciliano.
The location is the rooftop “Bulgari Bar”. The brunch is served from noon to 4 p.m., with prices starting from 24,000 yen, including dishes and a soft drink package. Tax and service charge included.
