
OMO7 Asahikawa by Hoshino Resorts Offers ‘Sakura Scented Afternoon Tea’ from April 10 to May 31
Conrad Osaka will offer the afternoon tea “Nuts in GREEN” from May 12 to July 27.
In celebration of the “Nuts Day” on July 22, established by the Japan Nut Association, Conrad Osaka will present a total of 11 menu items including a variety of nut-based sweets and savories, incorporating the theme color green, which will be beautifully arranged on a stand reminiscent of forest trees.
For sweets, offerings include “MACADAMIA,” which wraps a Western plum in macadamia mousse topped with gyokuro jelly; “PISTACHIO,” a madeleine with caramel banana sauce inside, coated with white chocolate and pistachio paste; and the distinctive “SCONE,” baked with sweet white miso and walnuts and served with a honey and fresh cream white sauce and plenty of clotted cream, among a total of six selections.
The savory selections include “Hokkaido Scallop,” accompanied by ricotta cheese mixed with chopped macadamia nuts and citrus, as well as toasted “Snow Crab Salad,” and “French Aquitaine Caviar,” with the salty taste of French Aquitaine caviar and sliced walnuts on a green asparagus panna cotta, among five other choices.
Drinks include a selection of all ten types of tea from TWG Tea, including “Conrad Osaka Original Blend,” and three types of coffee to enjoy as much as you like.
The venue is located on the 40th floor at “40 Sky Bar & Lounge.” Service hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a last order at 6 p.m., and a two-hour seating limit. The price is 8,000 yen.
Takeout afternoon tea is also available. The price is 9,000 yen for two people, or 11,000 yen with a Conrad Bear, all including tax and service charges.
