
Tokyu Hotels & Resorts to Rebrand and Open Tokyo Kojimachi Tokyu REI Hotel in February 2027
Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo will sell the “Whole Muskmelon Cake” from June 1 to July 31.
The cake uses an entire muskmelon of excellent quality in season. The inside of the muskmelon is scooped out to make a bowl, and layered with fresh cream, sponge, and melon jelly. It is then topped with fruits such as melon, mango, strawberries, and edible flowers to complete the cake.
The cake will be available at the takeout shop “Melissa.” The price is 8,640 yen (tax included), and a full reservation is required 5 days in advance.
