
“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
HOTEL INDIGO Nagasaki Glover Street offers the afternoon tea “HOTEL INDIGO Nagasaki Glover Street with PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS” until May 31.
In connection with the city of Nagasaki’s project “My SWEET NAGASAKi” which utilizes sweets for city development, sweets themed on “Sugar Road” will be offered, as Nagasaki Kaido once served as a gateway for sugar from the West to spread to Japan, known as the Sugar Road. In collaboration with French patisserie “PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS,” seven types of sweets and four types of savories are available.
The menu includes “Infiniment Citron” and “Infiniment Rose” from PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS sweets, hotel sweets such as “Butterfly Pea Amber Sugar Glass” and “Loquat Compote Grapefruit Jelly,” and savories like “Castella Fruit Sandwich” and “Nagasaki Stewed Slider Burger.” Drinks available include Nagasaki Prefecture Breakfast Tea, Nagasaki Prefecture Kikoncha Roasted Green Tea, Hotel Indigo Nagasaki’s original Loquat Tea, among others.
The location is Restaurant Cathedréclat. Service times are noon, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM, each slot lasting 120 minutes. The fee is 6,700 yen, tax included, service charge excluded. Reservations are required at least two days in advance.
