Hilton Tokyo Odaiba Hosts BBQ Terrace Offering Wagyu Beef and Tomahawk Steaks
Hilton Hiroshima offers the “Eat Me! Chess Party Afternoon Tea.”
Original sweets and savories inspired by the characters from “Alice in Wonderland” are arranged on a stand using a chessboard. They offer whimsical sweets reminiscent of characters and items from the story like the light blue lollipop chocolate “Alice Lollipop” with tangy calamansi-flavored cream and spiced crumble, and the “Cheshire Cat’s Smile,” a two-layer mousse of cassis and raspberry with orchid flavoring, topped with chocolate depicting the grinning mouth of the Cheshire Cat floating in the dark.
The savories include five delicately crafted and photogenic items such as the “Lemon Chicken Hatter,” which features chicken marinated with lemon and thyme, cooked at a low temperature, mixed with mango and mayonnaise, and transformed into the Mad Hatter’s hat using charcoal buns; the “Mushroom Forest in Wonderland,” inspired by the trees in Wonderland, featuring white leeks roasted with leeks, garlic, and thyme, wrapped in seaweed, and topped with mushroom cream cheese; and the “Fortune Dice,” using Greek feta cheese as dice.
The period is from April 7 to June 30. The venue is Bar & Lounge ZATTA. Time is from noon to 5:30 PM, with last orders at 3:30 PM. Each session is two hours long. The price is 4,500 yen per person, including tax and service charges. Limited to 40 people per day.
