Hilton Tokyo started offering the afternoon tea ‘Alice’s Tea Party’ from April 25.
Inspired by the story of “Alice in Wonderland,” the bread-centric afternoon tea features nine varieties of bread, along with “Drink Me” and sweets.
Examples from the menu include “Trump Soldier Tropézienne” featuring brioche dough with honey cream and jelly, “Cheshire Cat Croissant” with bitter chocolate ganache inside two types of cocoa-infused dough, “Lamb Herb Marinated Tart” baked in a tart cup with lamb, various herbs, and onions, and “Alice’s Heart Scone” incorporating Earl Grey tea leaves in the dough.
For drinks, they offer 20 varieties including the “Drink Me” strawberry and raspberry yogurt drink, and ART OF TEA teas.
Location is the 2nd floor bar & lounge “ZATTA.” Available in three sessions: 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 6:00 PM. Prices are 6,000 yen on weekdays and 6,700 yen on weekends and holidays, including tax and service charges.
