
Hilton to Expand ‘NoMad’ in Asia Pacific, Opening in Singapore by 2027
Marriott International will host a “Mexican Fair” at four Moxy Hotels in Japan from May 1 to 31.
Authentic Mexican dishes by a chef from Mexico, as well as hotel-exclusive menus, will be offered at Moxy Osaka Shin Umeda, Moxy Osaka Honmachi, Moxy Kyoto, and Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho.
Prepared dishes include the “Two-Color Flautas” (1,550 yen) with tomatillo sauce and red chipotle sauce, “Octopus Tacos” (1,400 yen) featuring octopus marinated in adobo sauce made from chili guajillo and a Mexican spice blend, and “Cheese and Ham Quesadilla” (1,400 yen) with two sauces to enhance the taste. Also available are the “Moxy Nachos” (1,200 yen) with jalapeño, red onions, salsa sauce, sour cream, and crispy nacho chips.
Additional offerings include “Skirt Steak Tacos” (1,400 yen) with coriander, onion, and lime juice at Moxy Osaka Shin Umeda, a “Chicken Tacos and Spicy Minced Meat Tacos Set” (1,400 yen) with chicken tinga and spicy chipotle sauce at Moxy Osaka Honmachi, “Chorizo Tacos” (1,500 yen) at Moxy Kyoto, and “Vegetarian Meat Tacos” and “Eel Egg Tacos” at Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho. All prices include tax.
