
Hilton to Expand ‘NoMad’ in Asia Pacific, Opening in Singapore by 2027
Hoshino Resorts is launching a new brand, “LUCY”, to be rolled out nationwide.
The concept is a “heart-touching mountain hotel”, aiming to enhance “nature tourism” by utilizing Japan’s rich natural environment, focusing on mountain tourism. The goal is to offer accommodation that brings the unique and awe-inspiring mountain experiences closer to many people, initially aiming to improve the comfort of stays in “mountain huts”.
The facility category offered is defined as a “mountain hotel”, with brand promises in terms of functionality including “private bedrooms”, “familiar warm-water washlet toilets”, “shower & powder rooms”, “luxurious meals with meat, fish, and eggs”, “the last convenience store in the hotel”, and “unlimited charging & Wi-Fi”.
In the future, as the first facility under the “LUCY” brand, “LUCY Oze Hatomae by Hoshino Resorts” will open on September 1st, with plans to expand to multiple mountain tourist areas including Tateyama.
