
Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport Offers Limited Accommodation Plan to Celebrate South Wing Renovation Until July 31
To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay is collaborating with Lindt to offer the ‘Cherry Afternoon Tea’ from May 8 to June 30.
As a special dish, they have prepared the “Chocolate Cherry Sensation,” which combines the fresh flavors of American cherries and strawberries with the rich sweetness of hotel-made Lindt chocolate ice cream. There are also five types of petits gâteaux, including “American Cherry Crown,” “Pistachio Cherry Crunch,” and “Cherry Delight,” all using Lindt chocolate. There are two types of scones: chocolate scones with chocolate chips and Pistachio scones with pistachio paste mixed in the dough, containing chopped cherries and cranberries. Savory offerings include a soup that combines burdock root and Lindt chocolate, a quiche where the sourness of Griottes cherries enhances the flavor of duck, and a chewy cherry and prosciutto crêpe.
The lineup varies by location. Rainbow Bridge View Dining & Champagne Bar Manhattan offers a menu with a New York grill steak. Italian Dining Zillion and Fine Dining La Provence offer a lunch and dinner course with afternoon tea-style desserts. N.Y. Lounge Boutique offers a takeout afternoon tea with some items boxed.
