APA Group has decided to develop three hotels in Kumamoto and Hiroshima Prefectures.
“APA Hotel ” will be a 14-story building with 147 rooms. It is accessible about a 4-minute walk from JR Kumamoto Station and is set to open around summer 2027.
“APA Hotel ” will have 12 floors and 268 rooms. It is about a 3-minute walk from Kumamoto City Tram Suidomachi Station and is planned to open around winter 2027.
“APA Hotel ” will be a 19-story building with 314 rooms, including a large public bath. It is about a 3-minute walk from JR Hiroshima Station and is expected to open around winter 2027.
The two hotels in Kumamoto were planned because of expected further development, such as the concentration of semiconductor-related businesses and improved transportation networks. This will result in the operation of three hotels in the prefecture.
Furthermore, as Hiroshima City is one of the key areas where APA aims to operate 3,000 rooms, the plan was conceived. The hotels in Hiroshima City will expand to six properties and 2,428 rooms.
