Hilton Yokohama is hosting the ‘World BBQ Buffet -Glamping Style-‘ from May 7 to August 31.
A variety of dishes using BBQ styles from various countries are available, along with a wide selection of beers from around the world that pair well with meat dishes.
The menu includes Brazilian ‘Churrasco’, a skewer of rare cut ‘ichibo’ with a good balance of lean and marbled beef, Italian ‘Salsiccia’ sausages with the fragrant aroma of herbs and spices and a firm texture, Hawaiian ‘Garlic Shrimp’, a classic dish of shrimp marinated with garlic and herbs and stir-fried on a griddle, as well as concept menus like kebabs, Cajun chicken, grilled pineapple, along with popular Chinese and Japanese dishes.
The venue is located on the 3rd floor at Allday Dining Parade. Available from 6 PM to 9:30 PM with last orders at 9 PM. Prices are 7,800 yen for adults and 3,900 yen for children aged 6 to 12, all including tax and service charges.
