DoubleTree by Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort will host the lunch and sweets buffet ‘Fairy-Tale Melody of Ocean Waves’ from May 24 to September 23.
Themed ‘Fairies × Music × Sea’, the event creates an atmosphere where fairies joyfully play musical instruments. The menu includes delicacies such as ‘Beautiful Fairy Form’, mango jelly with fruit pieces and coconut mousse, ‘Crown of the Fairies – Royal Proof’, a caramel mousse cake enriched with the flavor of cacao by soaking cacao beans in fresh cream, ‘Sparkling Fairy Wings’, mixed berries baked with muffin dough, ‘Mystical Presence – Water Waltz’, fresh melon wrapped in apple jelly, ‘Wave Breeze Macaron – Whisper of the Tropics’, milk tea macarons inspired by ocean waves, and the verrine-style jelly ‘Beauty!! Swimming Sea Turtle’. The buffet features 13 kinds of sweets and 8 types of savories served with coffee and tea.
The venue is the second-floor restaurant ‘Matira’. Service hours are from noon to 2:30 PM, held exclusively on weekends and Mondays. Prices are 4,500 yen for adults and 1,500 yen for children aged 6 to 12, including tax and service charge.
