
Hilton to Launch ‘Tru by Hilton’ in Asia-Pacific for the First Time
Hyatt Regency Kyoto will offer the “Terrace BBQ Plan” from May 17 to October 31, where guests can enjoy on the terrace.
The menu includes freshly grilled beef, chicken, and sausages with summer vegetables cooked on charcoal grills or in the kitchen. The offerings include “Spare Ribs” with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce, served with a cabbage and carrot salad dressed with pineapple dressing, “Jamaican-style Chicken” topped with tropical salsa, “Pork Tacos” featuring shredded grilled pork with BBQ sauce and coriander aioli wrapped in blue tortilla, “Sausage Brochette” with a variety of colorful vegetables, feta cheese, lime, and coriander aioli, “Steak” with a South American chimichurri sauce fragrant with herbs and garlic, along with “Rice,” “Salad,” and “French Fries.”
The 90-minute free-flow drinks include alcohol choices such as Brooklyn Lager (additional charge), draft beer, white and red wine, and non-alcoholic options like orange juice, apple juice, cola, cola zero, and oolong tea.
The location is the outdoor terrace of the all-day dining Cafe 33, with service hours from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Prices are 5,500 yen for food only, 2,800 yen for the alcoholic beverage free-flow, and 1,400 yen for the soft drink free-flow, inclusive of tax and service charge.
